Digital Products (Templates, PDFs, Guides):
All digital products are delivered electronically.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered once a file has been delivered.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will assist you in regaining access whenever possible.

Physical Products (Toolkit Tin & Accessories):
If we offer physical products directly through our website, return eligibility and timeframes will be clearly stated at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated:​

If you purchase through a third-party marketplace (such as Etsy), that marketplace’s return policy and the listing terms at the time of purchase will apply.

Custom Orders (Edible Builds):
Custom edible builds are made to order.

Once production has begun, Custom Orders are final sale and non-refundable due to their personalized and perishable nature.

Workshops & Events:
Workshop registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.

In certain cases, transfers to a future workshop may be permitted at our discretion.
